Nesharim begins with a simple premise: Jewish identity and military service strengthen one another. Our mission is to ensure that every Jewish cadet, midshipman, or ROTC student in America has access to a community that honors both.

Through national gatherings, mentorship, and direct support, we help Jewish students see service not as a detour from tradition, but as a proud extension of it. What started as a single event—Jewish Warrior Weekend—is growing into a movement. Together, we are raising the bar for what Jewish presence and leadership in the U.S. military can look like.
